About Sarina Karwande PT, DPT
Pelvic health starts early—but we’re not teaching kids about it. That needs to change.
Being a competitive swimmer and active athlete as a teen, I thought I knew my body well. But I struggled with pelvic pain and the frustration of not understanding what was happening. These issues don’t just disappear—they have lifelong effects. This experience shaped my passion for empowering children, mothers, and families with the knowledge and habits they need to achieve optimal pelvic floor health – at every stage of life.
Pelvic health begins in the womb, continues through childhood and adolescence, supports women as they prepare for pregnancy, strengthens them through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and carries forward as they nurture their own children. This cycle repeats, creating a continuous loop of knowledge, awareness, and strength.
As a pelvic health physical therapist with specialized training in pediatrics and women’s health, I pride myself on providing expert, compassionate care in an environment that considers the entire lifecycle. Navigating pelvic healthcare shouldn’t be confusing or isolating. I’m here to advocate for you and your child at every stage.Let’s change the narrative on pelvic health—starting from the first stage of life, from Womb to Walking.
